What is the shortest time it will take to use an eSIM?
After purchase, we will send a QR code to the email address you registered. It will arrive in a few minutes at the earliest. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us.
How do I use it?
After purchasing, you can install the eSIM by scanning the QR code sent to you by email with your smartphone. After that, you can start communicating immediately after completing the simple settings (a Wi-Fi environment is required).
On what models can it be used?
Smartphones that support eSIM, such as iPhones and Androids.
For information on compatible models and how to check competing models, please see "How to Use" → "Check Compatible Models."
Is there anything I need to prepare before I start installing my eSIM?
Please prepare a printed paper voucher or another device such as a smartphone or computer to display and read the QR code.
Also, make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or network connection when installing.
I already have an active eSIM in my phone, can I add a new eSIM?
Yes, your smartphone can have several eSIM profiles stored on it at the same time.
You can select the eSIM you want to use from your device settings.
Can I use a physical SIM card and an eSIM at the same time?
Yes, the Dual SIM feature allows you to have both a physical SIM and an eSIM active at the same time.
However, specifications vary depending on the model, so please check whether your device supports dual SIM (eSIM + physical SIM).
Can I make calls and send SMS?
Our eSIM is for data communication only. You cannot make regular calls or send SMS using the phone number. However, you can make calls using VoIP apps such as LINE and Skype.
Can I use Internet sharing (tethering)?
Yes, tethering is possible with an eSIM, however there may be restrictions in some countries and on some devices.
What are APN settings?
APN is an abbreviation for "Access Point Name" which means "Access Point Name" in android. This setting allows you to connect to other networks from your mobile phone line. It is not a basic operation on iPhone.
Can I change my contracted data volume?
This is a prepaid contract, so you cannot change it midway. Please purchase more after using up the data.

Can I extend the validity of my purchased data plan?
The expiration date cannot be extended.
About eSIM/QR code
Can I recharge my eSIM?
eSIM cannot be recharged, please purchase a new one if necessary.
Can I change my eSIM to a SIM card?
You cannot change an eSIM to a SIM card.
When will the eSIM purchase data plan start?
Once you purchase and set up the plan, you can start using it (communicating) immediately. The plan's validity period starts when you activate your data connection for the first time in a country where it is available. Please complete the activation procedure within 30 days of receiving the QR code.
If I accidentally delete my eSIM, can I have it reissued?
If you accidentally delete your eSIM or lose or damage your device, we cannot reissue your eSIM due to the nature of prepaid products.
Can I use the QR code for downloading an eSIM profile multiple times?
A profile can only be downloaded once, so be careful not to download it on the wrong device.
If you delete a profile that you have downloaded, you will immediately be unable to use the service, so please be careful not to delete it by mistake.
Can I use the same QR code to install on multiple devices?
Since it is tied to an individual eSIM number, it can only be used once, and therefore cannot be used on multiple devices.
